I'm a parent at an elementary school. The School is failing and they resist help. They have basically removed the parents by making it uncomfortable for them to be there. It is a disfunctial school. I'm the PTA president and on the School Site Council but they precieve me as a disruption to the school because I care and am trying to get them help. We are a Tittle 1 school but our scores keep dropping. They blame this on the hispanic population at our school. We are a stable community though with very little turn around. I will join anything is you can help the children at my
school. Please respond I'm desperatly shearching for
