I am a parent in a failing school. The school is disfunctional. They resist help from parents and now have basically removed them from the school by making it harder to help. We are a Tittle I school but our scores keep dropping and everyone blams it on the Hispanic population. We are a stable community though and most children enter and graduate from our school. I am the PTA president and on the School Site Council and the school presives my help as a threat. I will join anything if you can help the children at my
school.
